Guatemala, Here I Come!

Today I was praying for the Lord to direct me on how to use my vacation effectively and decided that I should go on another mission trip. It's been since 2008 since I have been on one. Mission trips bring so much joy, rewards, and humbleness. They put life back into perspective. I knew I didn't want to go as far as Africa, so I was just praying that God would lead me. On April 15, my friend, Julie, asked me to "like" her company's Facebook page. That page was for Health Talent's International. God sure did speak. So I decided to do some research and approached Julie about it and she said they have trips to Guatemala that are all medical mission based. I've always wanted to do a medical missions trip, so I signed up to go in November on an eye surgery trip. I would love for you to pray with me for the following: 1. That God would be glorified by EVERY aspect of my trip 2. Each of us, as well as the nationals with whom we work and share with would have a personal and powerful encounter with God 3. The unconditional love of God would radiate in and through my life 4. God would put a hedge of protection around the entire trip and keep me safe 5. Satan would be bound from anything that distracts anyone from hearing the voice of God in the area where we’ll be sharing 6. All participating on this trip would be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit 7. God’s Word would be proclaimed with power and produce life change (transformation) 8. God would give me strength and good health 9. God would give me wisdom and knowledge 10. Divine appointments, both with those we share with as well as others we might encounter while traveling 11. God would provide for all my needs, physically, spiritually, and mentally 12. God would provide all my financial needs Blessings!
